Thank you for supporting my small business by way of purchasing my products. It means a lot to me that you want to add my creations to your home.

I ship worldwide from New Zealand. If you have any questions regarding the shipment of a specific item, or if you're unsure of the costs, please email: studio[AT]abbeymae.com.

HANDLING & SHIPPING

Please allow 2-3 business days for handling.

I send all of my international packages via tracked courier.

Shipping typically takes between 3-5 business days to New Zealand and Australia.

For other worldwide destinations please allow 7-14 business days for shipping.

Shipping times do vary, depending on the country and carrier. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or is held in customs, may take longer.

DELAYS

If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologise on behalf of the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact me via studio[AT]abbeymae.com within 48 hours in order to have a replacement (for homewares and prints only) shipped out at no additional cost to you. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at studio[AT]abbeymae.com and I'll be happy to replace your item (for homewares and prints only).

NOTE: you must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return. 

FEES & DUTIES

I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees, or other duties that your local authorities may charge you upon delivery.
